The ecommerce platform enabling us to offer our products and Services to you is provided by Shopify, which hosts our online store.

Products remain subject to availability, and we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to discontinue a product or limit quantities available for purchase.

All prices on our store are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Changes to prices, promotions, and product availability may occur from time to time. The price displayed when your order is submitted will generally be the price applicable to your purchase, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law.

Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout as required.

When you submit payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

5. Orders and Acceptance

The submission of an order does not necessarily indicate our acceptance of it. For legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, inaccurate product or pricing information, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order.

Where an order is canceled following successful collection of payment, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

When placing an order, you bear responsibility for providing accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Prompt updates to your information when necessary allow us to process your transaction and communicate with you about your purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is currently limited to the United States.

Free shipping applies to all orders.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard delivery takes approximately 5 days after shipment. As estimates, these timeframes may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Under our Return and Refund Policy, eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

There is no charge for eligible returns, and a prepaid return shipping label is provided. All returned products must meet the applicable return conditions, including being unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached where applicable.

Once a returned item is received at our warehouse, refunds for eligible returns are generally processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days.

8. Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. While we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

In cases where cancellation is no longer possible, an eligible product may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Promotions and Discounts

We may offer promotions, discounts, promotional codes, or other special offers from time to time. Such offers may carry separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, purchase requirements, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable promotion.
